Positive: Great location for our 1 night stay in the area, very comfortable bed, & good standard of cleanliness.

Negative: We stayed here for 1 night visiting the area, & overall it was a let down. Very poor bathroom facilities with no shelf to put anything on, no shelf in the actual shower itself, & the shower head needs to be on the opposite wall if they insist on closing the door immediately. Overall one of the worst bathrooms we have had to use in any hotel, Air BnB or booking.com facility. No decent coffee in the suite, awful view from the windows overlooking a junk yard, which is surprising considering they say it comes with a garden view. The boiler needs boxing in to match the kitchen units, a curtain could be put across the makeshift wardrobe, It's a shame as the room has great potential, but given that we have mentioned several things especially the bathroom which other reviews mention over 10 months ago the owners quite clearly don't care about reviews & improving things. It is evident the small details which make a guest want to come back again or recommend to others are being ignored. Surely in 2025 an owner would act upon multiple reviews all mentioning the same things? Obviously not this one.

Summary: 1 Night Stay...Had potential but wouldn't stay again.
