Positive: The Garden space was very good, astroturf lawn was a shame but understood the appeal for it being fake grass. The outside garden was a recent landscape it appears and was executed very very well.

Negative: The Sofa was very poor and very worn out. The mattress in one of the room (top floor rear facing on left) was of a very poor foam quality and as a result decided to sleep on the sofa for comfort. The kitchens are small but there are two of them. The music digital hifi does not work.

Summary: Pleasant stay, could do with a new sofa and better mattress.
