If you have booked on the arrival day and expect to arrive after 20:00, please inform the motel, ribby hall village in advance, the rooms can accommodate up to 2 people aged 3 and over. children cannot be in a room on their own, they must share with an adult in their party. if you wish to accommodate any infants aged 2 and under please contact the property directly, the property's swimming pool supervision policy is 1 adult to 1 child under 4 years old, 1 adult to 2 children 4-7 years old and 1 adult to 4 children 8-12 years, due to essential maintenance & refurbishment works, bike hire, the climbing wall and boating will be unavailable between tuesday 3rd january - thursday 30th march. these activities will resume from friday 31st march. we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
