Surrounded by nearly one hectare of terraced sloping land, it is immersed in nature with a pine grove, a lawn with automatic irrigation, 50 centuries-old olive trees, almond trees, and a large panoramic area with an infinity pool that allows guests to admire the breathtaking landscape while swimming.
The spacious outdoor area offers a cool and relaxing atmosphere, perfect for enjoying meals during the day or in the evening while overlooking the pool. The exterior also features a traditional stone oven where guests can bake bread and pizzas for up to 5 people, as well as a barbecue area for grilling.
Inside, the villa consists of a bright and spacious living room with a fireplace and kitchen area. The sleeping area includes 4 bedrooms (2 located inside traditional trulli and 2 in the modern section of the house) for a total of 8 beds, along with 3 bathrooms.
