Located on the Tróia Peninsula, in the prestigious Comporta area, surrounded by dunes, sea and kilometres of paradisiacal beaches, this elegant 3-bedroom semi-detached house is distributed over 3 floors and is just a few minutes' walk from the beach, marina, supermarket and restaurants.
With approximately 220m², the house benefits from excellent natural light, spacious outdoor areas and all the amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It has 3 suites, a guest toilet, fully equipped kitchen, living room and direct access to the outside.
On the ground floor there is a pleasant private outdoor area with a terrace of approximately 20m² and a grassed area of approximately 100m², ideal for outdoor meals or leisure time with family. The intermediate floor has a balcony of 7m², whilst the third floor offers a fantastic terrace of 30m² with sea views, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.
The master suite features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The second suite offers two single beds and a bathroom with shower, and the third suite has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The house's layout makes it ideal for families or groups of friends seeking comfort and privacy.
