Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Lesley and Derek were really friendly hosts and very accommodating. Plenty of parking is available down the side of the property. I stayed in the family room, and it was very spacious with a large bathroom. The shower was delightful - really powerful and a great temperature (genuine highlight of my stay). The breakfast was delicious, made from local produce. There was also a selection of cereals available, as well as toast.

Negative: These aren't really negatives as such, but things to be aware of that may matter depending on your preferences. There are dogs in the property that remain behind a gate downstairs. They do bark quite loud when parking and entering the property, but this didn't really bother me (and is a good security deterrent for your parked vehicle). Naturally, the property does smell of dog. Again, this isn't something that I was too bothered about. Although, if you're not a big fan of dogs, this may be more of an issue.
