The house opens to a carpeted hallway with a bedroom on the right. It is a good-sized room finished in fresh white paint with lots of natural light from the street-facing window. The bed is a large King-size, flanked with white side tables and facing a mirrored wardrobe. The second bedroom has a whole wall of integrated wardrobe and shelving space and a single-sized bed which can be pulled open to make a double. The bathroom is a small yet prettily finished with dark flooring and white tiles. It has a large bathtub with a shower unit attached and a heated towel rail and underfloor heating. On the first floor is an inviting and spacious living area, bathed in natural light from windows on either side. It is set up with two comfy sofas by a modern fireplace, with a flat screen TV and DVD player to enjoy. To one side is a wooden dining table with seats for up to six people. Across the hall, is the kitchen which is finished in sleek black flooring and cream units. It has a breakfast bar and all the needed facilities including a dishwasher for easy cleaning, gas hob, oven, microwave and large fridge freezer. There is a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a convenient WC. Stairs from the living area take you to the final floor which has access to a beautiful roof terrace – it is lined with pretty potted plants and is set up with furniture so guests can enjoy and alfresco meal or a drink in the evening!
