The villa has two floors, the first, where the main access is, is distributed in: large living room with fireplace and large windows with views of the mountains and the sea. Separate kitchen equipped with electrical appliances and enough utensils for the maximum number of occupants. A double bedroom with a 150X200 cm bed, a bathroom with a large shower. The kitchen and the living room have access to a large porch that communicates through some stairs with the terrace (solarium) from where you can enjoy incredible views of the bay of Rosas and the Canigó.
The ground floor is distributed in Hall, corridor and 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with Italian showers. First bedroom en suite with a 160X200 cm bed, air conditioning and TV. Second bedroom with 2 beds of 90X190 cm, wardrobe. Third bedroom with 2 beds of 90X190 cm, wardrobe. Fourth bedroom with a 150X190 cm bed. All bedrooms are spacious and can accommodate an extra bed. From this floor there is access to a large porch, at the level of the pool and a beautiful native garden. There is a bathroom with a shower with access from the porch and the washing machine has been located, for easy access and to be able to spread the clothes outside.
Inside the property there is parking for 2 cars, although there is no problem with parking on the street.
Youth and pets are not allowed.
