The spacious outdoor kitchen with stove, pizza oven, and gas BBQ invites you to spend convivial evenings under the Sicilian sky, while the elegantly furnished outdoor living area offers comfortable sofas and a large dining table: an inviting and relaxing setting where you can gather, share meals and conversations, and enjoy Mediterranean living.
Inside, the villa offers almost 200 sqm arranged over two levels, featuring bright interiors and an authentically Sicilian atmosphere. On the ground floor, a spacious living room is the ideal place to unwind at the end of the day, next to a fully equipped kitchen with rustic charm. A utility room with pantry and a full bathroom add further practicality to the living area.
The ground floor also includes a comfortable double bedroom with air conditioning, private TV, and an en-suite bathroom, perfect for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.
Going up to the first floor, you will find three additional double bedrooms, all air-conditioned and equipped with their own TV, along with a bathroom with shower and a terrace.

We’ll be happy to help you discover the wonders of our land by arranging additional services such as private boat tours, local wine tastings with vineyard visits, horseback riding in the countryside or a private chef service directly in the villa, everything to make your holiday truly unforgettable.
For cleanliness and comfort, we collaborate with one of the best companies in our region for the supply and professional cleaning of bed linens, towels, and beach towels. They exclusively use certified “EU ECOLABEL’’ products, ensuring a safe and eco-friendly environment for you and your loved ones.
To comply with current regulations, all guests, including minors, must complete the mandatory registration before arrival.

Additionally, it is only a 20-minute drive from all essential services, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias, and bars.
The villa is located halfway between Palermo and Trapani airports and just 10 minutes from the main highway, making it an ideal starting point for exploring the wonders of Western Sicily and swimming in some of the area’s most beautiful and exclusive beaches.
To enjoy a smooth and carefree holiday, we strongly recommend renting a car directly at the arrival airport, where you’ll find the best rates and the widest selection of vehicles, as the region does not have an efficient public transportation system. However, for guests who do not drive or prefer not to rent a car, we are happy to arrange a taxi service upon request.
Inside the property, you will also find a private parking area with an automatic gate, spacious enough to accommodate up to three large vehicles.
