The Space:
Every room is equipped with underfloor heating, while the lounge on the first floor has a supersized smart TV and very comfy sofas to relax.
The back garden is fully fenced, safe and secure for any dogs.
Please note that the Aga in the kitchen is not suitable for use by guests. Alternative cooking facilities are provided.

Please note that the use of the sauna & indoor hot tub is not included in the overall reservation price. The optional extra charge will be £40 per night for the full duration of your stay (capped at £150 per week). Please note that it could take up to 20 hours before the hot tub reaches its final temperature. So it may be the case that the hot tub can't be used the first night.
The outdoor pool is only accessible from May till September and is not heated.
If required we offer the option to provide an extra foldable bed. The costs are £17 per night.
Early check-in and/or early check-out can be arranged for an additional fee of £50 (subject to availability).
To give you peace of mind and maintain our high standards, we offer two options to cover you against small unintentional damage at this property.
We offer the option to add a Damage Waiver for just £50 per stay that covers up to £500 in accidental damages during your stay.
