Tall glass doors open out to a wide terrace with a cushioned, sunken sitting area on one side and shaded dining on the other. An inviting infinity pool is on hand for a refreshing swim. Interior:
Villa: Open plan living space with kitchen and sitting area, double bedroom with private bathroom. Open steps to the first floor, two double bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms. N.B. As the steps have no railing, this villa is not suitable to children under the age of 8 years. Annex: Double bedroom and private bathroom. Below the pool, accessed from outside, there is a further bathroom and a spacious laundry room.
Park:
Outdoor the large paved terrace surrounds the villa with original seating on steps furnished with cushions facing a small zen garden with white gravel and enchanting views out to sea. The terrace continues around the house to the outdoor kitchen with a barbecue and comfortable shaded dining.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The stunning infinity pool is approximately 9 x 4 m. and 1.4 m. deep. On one side the paved terrace houses elegant sunbeds and on the other, the pool seems to blend with the sea. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in November.
Pets: On request. € 50,00 per animal per week to be paid on site. Acceptance of animals to the facility must be previously authorised by the owner upon communication of the number of animals, size and breed.
