Positive: Location was great. Pool was clean and was cleaned whilst we were there

Negative: We had several issues at the Villa during our stay. A/C in 2 bedrooms was not working as soon as we arrived. We reported it straight away. It took 4 days to remedy. Cleaning outside was not up to standard. The table and chairs were not clean. The BBQ was filthy and unusable. The BBQ grill was rusty and unusable. Again was reported this but it was not sorted. We ended up cleaning the table and chairs ourselves and we did not use the BBQ. Hot water went down in two bathrooms after 2 days. 6 people ended up sharing 1 en-suite for 2 days until this was fixed. We had no linen change during our stay and we had to wash all of the towels ourselves

Summary: The property is dated and needs some attention. The back up services provided by Solmar villas was not up to standard
