Summary: I didn’t expect the Ritz for £65 a night, but the rook was very basic, not even a bottle of water or a biscuit !! 🙄 and given there is no hand held shower, a shower cap would also have been useful. Communication is poor, and very disconnected across whole site (i.e quote “the hotel doesn’t have anything to do with the spa”, and a distinct lack of reply to emails) Food was OK though - but not enough to pull me back anytime soon! Sorry.
