Summary: Francisco on the front desk was excellent and could not have been more helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location was brilliant, right in the heart of Cambridge. Reasonable price, compared to much accommodation in here. Really nice bar area to relax in and meet friends. Being able to pull up outside the front door to unload bags worked very well. This place really deserves to succeed and I highly recommend it.
