This Peaceful Garden Cottage is located in an idyllic central spot by Poole Bay.
With your own designated off road parking spot, in front of the property, all modern amenities, this is the ideal home away from home.
Straight from the front door, the enchanting walk along Holes Bay natural reserve will lead you into Upton Park. Hamworthy beach and Sandbanks beach are 7 minutes by car.
Canoeing and Kayaking are some of the favourites at Poole Harbour with plenty of Cafes and Restaurants to choose from an be reached with a 10 minutes walk. Ferries to the surrounding islands and beach destinations are all accessed from here.
The train station is 400 meters from the house and gives you access to London in 2 hours. Bournemouth and its beaches in 10 minutes.
This beautifully quirky cottage is full of character. It is secluded from the main property and surrounded by a plethora of Tropical plants. The romantic setting and privacy, makes it ideal for a quite relaxing retreat or romantic get away. In the morning you'll hear will be birds singing and the water of the fountain.
There is a travel cot and a high chair for young families. However, the water-work outside the cottage means infants need to be strictly supervised.
Well behaved Pets allowed. These are family friendly premises. No dogs listed in the dangerous dogs act. A deposit of 100 pounds will be required.

The kitchen has Wi-fi, fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, freezer, hair dryer, heaters and cooling system for the bedroom. .There is tuned upright Piano, antique dining table and chester sofa help set the scene for an individual gate away. There is one bedroom that contains a double king sized bed. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and designer sink and a large walk-in shower.
The large Patio with garden furniture can be accessed by the large bedroom door and wall-wide entrance door. Perfect to lounge in the sun with a nice meal by the water fountain.
There is a cooling fan installed in the main bedroom and a standalone, pet safe unit in the main living area.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
