There is also a garden with seating area, which also offers views across the harbour. This detached holiday cottage has been furnished and decorated to a good standard and makes perfect accommodation for families and couples alike. The vehicle access, for unloading luggage, is approximately 30-metres from the entrance to the property.
With Agatha Christie’s former home, Greenway, being practically on the doorstep, Cliff Cottage is a great base from which to visit this wonderful piece of history. Visit Paignton, which has a wide range of great activities for children of all ages, from penny arcades on the pier, to seeing all the animals at the zoo. There is a central green that is home to a multiplex cinema, crazy golf and the pier.
The Paignton and Dartmouth Steam Railway departs from the centre of town, while Paignton Zoo is a mile or so from the centre. Take a walk along the Southwest Coast Path which runs along the entire length of the Jurassic Coast and offers the walker stunning views, with a bird’s eye view of many coastal features.
