On the lower ground floor is the spacious sitting room with Smart TV and ample comfortable seating. A piano is available for guests with a musical interest, as well as a single sofa bed which can also be used as a nice place to relax. The lower ground floor also has a shower room and is entrance to the rear garden with a small outdoor space to enjoy the views. The first floor has three beautifully decorated bedrooms, two with single beds and the other a double bed. The family bathroom is also located on this floor.

The famous Kinder Scout, the highest point in the Peak District, is within easy reach. The Sett Valley Trail, a former railway line, is perfect for cycling or walking and offers spectacular views of the surrounding countryside. There is stunning artwork from local artists in each room of the house - pick a picture each day and follow its route! New Mills Central train station is just a 5-minute walk from the cottage and provides easy access to the vibrant city of Manchester with its art galleries, theatres, concert halls and restaurants.
