Walk the banks of the River Aeron, and join the Ceredigion Coast Path to stride out towards the pretty village of Aberarth (2 miles), or take a longer walk up to the national trust property and gardens of Llanerchaeron (4.5 miles). Embark on a dolphin-spotting cruise from New Quay or pack a picnic and head to the beach at Llanrhystud (both within 7.5 miles).
Before stepping into this welcoming home, take a moment to admire its scenic position on the corner of a quiet street, offering fantastic views across the ocean. Enter the house into the open plan kitchen/diner with all modern appliances and a welcoming dining area with ample seating for 10 people, as well as access to the utility room.
