There are five bedrooms with access to a bath or shower room, including one that's on the ground floor. With French doors leading out onto the patio, there is a kitchen with a small breakfast bar, a dining room and two sitting rooms. There is an indoor heating swimming pool in its own room, with an adjoining utility containing a shower room, as well as an overlooking mezzanine area which contains a bar, a kitchen and doors opening onto a balcony. Out on the patio there is garden furniture and off road parking for ten cars, as well as access to wooded grounds which lead down to a lake. Abbots Wood is an outstanding property, perfect for large celebratory family gatherings, or a getaway with friends exploring Hampshire.

There is an easy drive to the New Forest, as well as Portsmouth's historic dockyard, home to the magnificent HMS Victory, and Gunwharf Quays, a retail outlet perched on the waterside. This south Hampshire waterside village is a convenient base from which to explore this fascinating area.
