Brixham Quay 57 apartments consist of 2 identical apartments. Apartment 5 and apartment 7. They can be booked individually, or together. They are located opposite the old fish quay in the beautiful harbour of Brixham. They look out onto the "Golden Hind" museum ship and enjoy fabulous uninterrupted views of the inner harbour and out to sea. The apartments are fully self contained with individual front doors onto the quay. The water's edge is about 12 metres from the front door. The building is over 100 years old and is grade 2 listed. However, it underwent a year long refurbishment in 2014 and now offers excellent light and airy accommodation. From the front door, stairs lead up to the first floor. At the front is a lounge with white leather couches, 40 inch tv and that fabulous view from the window.
The landing leads into a good sized, very well appointed kitchen with an arch leading to a further dining area with seating for 6. The kitchen is finished in white, with black marble worktops. There is an electric hob, with extractor hood above, together with a wall mounted oven with built in microwave above. There is an integrated fridge and dishwasher and a stand alone washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also a kettle, toaster and a full set of cutlery and crockery. In fact everything necessary for a very easy and comfortable self catering holiday.
Upstairs on the second floor is the well appointed master bedroom, where you can lay in bed and enjoy the fabulous views. To the rear is a very comfortable single bedroom and next to this is a well appointed, modern bathroom with a bath with shower above. Further stairs take you to the second floor where there is a comfortable second double bedroom, which is within the eaves of the building and offers areas with limited headroom.
In Brixham, parking is very difficult and most apartments typically include a parking permit allowing you to use one of the council car parks, if you can find a space. Brixham Quay 57 apartments each comes with a private parking space, about 200 metres away, which is about the same as the car parks. So, when you arrive, you can unload outside and we will direct you to the private car park, which is for your exclusive use throughout your stay.
