It is a beautiful, lovingly restored natural stone house from the 16th Century.
A large living-dining area of approx. 70 m2 invites a larger family or group to celebrate. The large dining table is extendable for a party of approx. 12 people.
The house can accommodate up to 7 people.
A fireplace in the living room gives romance and cozy warmth.
The kitchen with gas stove is fully equipped.
Of course there is satellite TV and free WiFi.
On the upper floor there are 3 spacious bedrooms with 2 bathrooms.
Adjacent to the living-dining area there is a beautiful garden (approx. 1000 m2) with olives, pomegranate, apricots, khaki, figs and mandarins, as well as a small vine arbor and a palm tree. The highlight is a wonderful swimming pool (4x10m) that makes you want to swim, run around and have a lazy day on the deck chair.
Please note that the pool is not secured and therefore represents a danger to small children who cannot swim!
The house is in a very sunny location. There is a large table on the terrace that offers space for many people who want to enjoy a good meal with wine. There is a grill, as well as a wonderful covered patio, should it rain.
The area offers many leisure activities, be it in the mountains in the hinterland (hiking, mountain biking, racing bikes), or on the coast with the wonderful beaches of the Ligurian coast, the typical Italian cities, Alassio and Albenga with bars, restaurants and exquisite shopping.
The area is predestined for cyclists who can let off steam on many roads with different altitudes and little traffic. Therefore, the house is also very suitable as a training camp. Bicycles and other sports equipment are stored in a locked garage.
The sea can be reached in about 10 minutes.
Monaco, Nice, Genoa and Cinque Terre can be reached within 1-2 hours.
Golfers will find the famous Garlenda golf course at their feet (18 holes, length - 6.085 yards / 5537 m, par 72).
