Entrance into the property at ground floor level leads you into an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. There is an L-shape sofa and additional chair, TV and DVD in the lounge area. The dining table seats 4 comfortably and the kitchen spans across the far wall. There is an electric single oven, induction hob, dishwasher and under counter fridge with ice box. Plenty of cupboards store a large selection of kitchen items.
There are 2 bedrooms and each bedroom has its own floor. A staircase from the lounge rises to the upper 2 ½ floors, of which the first is a master bedroom, with a white decorative fireplace, 2 large sash windows to the front and a superking size bed with superior quality mattress. Additionally there is a wardrobe and en-suite shower room. At the top of the house is a large sunny half-landing with desk, chair and lamps.
The second bedroom is charming with a pitched ceiling and exposed beams. Light streams in from two velux windows and two sash windows to the front. There is a large double fitted wardrobe, decorative fireplace and twin beds which can be zipped together to make a superking size bed if required. Here also is a bathroom with panelled bath and shower over.
Back down to the lower ground floor, you will find a cinema room with large flat screen smart TV. It is well lit, although there are no windows which is perfect for watching movies.. There is a 3 seater sofa, armchair with footstool, coffee table and extra lamps. Finally the basement level with vaulted ceilings has a cloakroom and a large utility with terracotta tiled floors, a range of units with wood worktops, a washing machine, freezer, dryer, sink and integrated fridge.
