The property boasts ample off-road parking for your convenience; after parking, make your way up to the property and venture into a well-presented kitchen/diner where the foodies of the group can whip up fabulous dinners with the array of appliances at-hand, to be enjoyed at the lovely dining table. The Lodge is fitted with an integrated dishwasher. The sitting room has been designed with relaxation in mind and hosts a toasty electric fire that gives the space a warm glow, along with a selection of books, games and a Smart TV to keep you entertained all evening. The sitting room opens out to an enclosed front decked area, where you can sit out and watch the sunset over Towyn Trewan Common. When night falls, continue through the lovely abode to a double bedroom that is adjoined by an en-suite, whilst the little ones or extra guests can rest their heads in one of two twin rooms; each room comes with storage for your things, for extra convenience. The bathroom is close-by and boasts a large shower. Please keep your dogs on a lead when outside of the property on the shared side lawn which has a barbecue and seating for you to enjoy a tasty, grilled lunch.
