Hen House is a really special place to stay, a charming garden cottage at the heart of Brook Farm. It’s a refurbishment of part of the old stables and granary and a perfect spot to relax and get away from it all!
Hen House is surrounded by a beautiful, picturesque garden and woodland. It sleeps two guests and is a wonderfully romantic retreat – warm, welcoming and magical, with everything you need for a relaxing break. And it has its own gorgeous little cinema, exclusively for Hen House guests.
Hen House has a spacious open plan layout, all on one level.

There’s central heating and we also provide linen and towels. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the Store Room next to Hen House.
Hen House also has a lovely, enclosed private garden, with magical countryside views. It has a barbecue, outdoor tables / chairs and log-burner, perfect when it drops cold later in the evenings.
Parking is about 45 metres (along a gravel path) from the cottage.
Beyond that, it’s surrounded by nine acres of beautiful gardens, meadow and woodland. Find a lovely spot to sit and watch the sun set, listen to the birds, have a drink…or just be……
