There is a modern, sleek bathroom with the option of a shower or a bath, as well as a downstairs WC, plenty of storage throughout and the use of a garden space to the rear too, to hopefully enjoy some sunshine, should you be lucky enough!
We are able to host a maximum of 6 guests with the use of the trundle bed in the smallest room throughout three well-positioned and generously sized bedrooms; there is plenty of space for you to enjoy a comfortable and cosy stay in my home.
When searching for a property in Bristol - the large Velux windows really appealed to me - I felt they gave strong natural light throughout the home. Additionally, the layout of the living room down the stairs, with the perspective from the Kitchen, I feel gives the feel of a homely, open-plan space but with the ability to be closed off and separate too - I hope you enjoy my home as much I have!
