Positive: The house was spacious and fully equipped. Lovely outside space and the beds were all clean with extra pillows, blankets etc. Well stocked games cupboard too! The children really enjoyed the little dens under the stairs (open plan!) and even slept there one night!! Local pub within 10 min stroll (carvery went down very well) and whilst dawlish centre is only about half a mile away its definitely a walk to get the heart racing (and we are a pretty fit family). Lots of steps/steep ramps but wow the views are worth it on the walk down. Great little bay at the bottom of the steps with cafe (fired pizzas on the beach were bliss) and dawlish itself very lovely to look around. Busy arcade was a hit with my children (7&11) but they also enjoyed wandering around the shops and scooting along the sea wall. Train station in town centre with regular trains and bus stop opposite the house was also well used. We didn't need to use the car all week which was so refreshing!!

Negative: Nothing, I would definitely stay here again!
