Another firm favourite is Bwlch Nant yr Arian, a visitors centre with scenic walks, mountain biking trails, a children's play area and a chance to witness the daily feeding of the red kites. Aberystwyth town is around 30 minutes' drive from the cottage and is a real foodie haven.

Lawned playing area to the front and a splendid ‘tiddler’ stream nearby which offers children many hours of fun.
