At 44 m², the lodge is compact but cleverly designed, sustainably built and fully off the gas grid. It sleeps up to four guests, with a bedroom on the ground floor and a sleeping loft in the living area, reached by a ladder. Outside, your own garden is waiting with a Hottub and sauna, and that combination feels like a quiet luxury every single evening.
Inside you will find an open kitchen with an induction hob, dishwasher, combination microwave and fridge-freezer. The living room features an electric fireplace that adds a cosy glow on cooler evenings, and there is air conditioning for warm summer days. The bathroom has a walk-in shower with a water-saving showerhead. Outside, the canopy with a hanging chair is there for those moments when doing nothing is the plan. Your own parking space is right beside the lodge. Pets are welcome, up to two, with the exception of Tiny Lodge TL124.

Electric Hottub: heating takes approximately 1.5 hours. On arrival the Hottub will already be switched on. Instructions are available in the Berkenrhode app. The Hottub cannot be used on the day of departure.
The Hottub does not have a bubble function.
The sauna takes 1 to 2 hours to heat up. Instructions are available in the Berkenrhode app.
