Located on a quiet street, this beautiful stone property is set into the hillside with unobscured views out across Bae Ceredigion and the Llŷn Peninsula.
Steps lead down through a landscaped front garden into the hallway of the property. To the left sits a large open plan kitchen, diner and lounge area. The spacious modern and sleek kitchen features ample counter space finished in a marble effect and cream coloured kitchen units. Two eye level ovens and a microwave are fitted into the units, along with plenty of storage space. An island counter separates the kitchen and dining area, perfect for socialising. A tiled stone floor features throughout the space. The large dining area includes a heavy dark wood dining table with dining chairs and bench seating, accommodating up to six people comfortably. Two cream leather sofas complete the space along with a sideboard and large flat screen TV on the wall. The clean and simple layout provides an air of light and space.
The ground floor also includes a large lounge area on the opposite side of the hallway, with a light wood effect floor and a modern contemporary feel.
