The accommodation consists of a large kitchen, a living room, a bathroom and separate WC. Three carefully decorated bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and one with two single beds. The house is on one level. At the front of the house, you have a courtyard closed by a gate where you can park (≈500m²). At the rear, a small unfenced garden with private terrace (≈300m²).
All-inclusive rates including: bed linen (beds made on arrival) and toiletries for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (however the cottage must be tidy, trash cans and dishwasher emptied, linen bed grouped in the same place, and the sanitary facilities must be in a correct state of cleanliness), heating and electricity within the limit of reasoned and reasonable consumption (16Kwh/day) - if large excess, it will be paid on site at the owners.
