Positive: Spacious, clean, well equipped, good enclosed outdoor space. Nice courtyard location. About 40 mins walk to centre of Clitheroe. Lots of buses pass by end of private road. Very quiet. Beautifully decorated.

Negative: Very warm, however sure this is an advantage in the winter! Kitchen/couch showing signs of wear, everywhere else immaculate.
