Ivy Cottage is in a very quiet and peaceful area of Montrose mainly bungalows. The cottage is semi-detached to the owners family home. Enclosed garden. Full central heating. The cottage is all on one level. The main entrance has an access ramp. Large sunny dinning lounge with fitted kitchen, dishwasher, full size oven and grill, microwave and fridge freezer. Main bedroom has a king-sized bed, fitted wardrobes. Second bedroom has one single bed and bunk bed's. Third bedroom has bunk beds. The kitchen is supplied with all crockery, cutlery, glasses, pans etc. Guests have the free use of separate owners utility room which includes washing machine and dryer. Free Wi-Fi in all rooms. Smart 65" TV with Netflix and X-Box Games Console.
