The house Kuninez of 1793. The past year has been completely renovated and is the original stable converted into an open summer kitchen. The unique location offers stunning views of the Soca River, has privacy and is just 1 km from Most na Soci with bars, restaurants and shops. The area is very quiet and gives the driveway of 100 meters and the spacious grounds is a certain grandeur. The house is stylish but functional. There are better materials used, there is underfloor heating, a fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower on the ground floor, large living room and a smaller bedroom next to the living room with a (pullout) 2 bed. On the first floor is the large bathroom with rain shower and two large bedrooms with the master bedroom a bed of 180 cm, in the other bedroom a bed of 160 cm and a bunk bed.
The garden and surroundings are full of flowers, palms, magnolias, grapes, kiwis etc.
All in all a lovely place to be and an excellent place for various activities in the area, from hiking, swimming, fly fishing, museums, restaurants, beaches, horseback riding, paragliding, kayaking, rafting, visiting WW1 museums, etc, etc
