The space
Recently renovated to a high spec the property is well presented and furnished to a high standard. It has been tastefully modernised whilst still retaining its period features. The property is a large 3/4 bedroom house with 3 ensuite bathrooms which will suite a family. 2 parking spaces are provided at the front of the property and there is off street parking also available and visitor passes are available upon request.
Set on three storeys. On the Ground Floor there is a Kingsize bedroom with ensuite, Large Open plan kitchen- fully equipped, dinning area with a 12 seat table and living room boosting an 80 inch TV. the ground floor has glass bifold doors that open up to a large patio with full views of the Harbourside. There is also a utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer and a separate WC.
First Floor- There is a beautiful living room with large windows providing plenty of light and views of the Harbour. The room retains many period features and has a decorative fireplace and chandelier.
There is also a bay fronted Kingsize bedroom with ensuite.
Second Floor- There is a spacious Kingsize bedroom with 4 large casement windows providing views of the Harbour and plenty of light with an ensuite.
There is also a Hot tub on the roof with amazing views of the City especially at night.
Off the landing is a smaller bedroom with a day bed.
