The open plan layout on the ground floor is light & airy with a kitchen/diner & stylish & comfortable lounge area with a cosy wood burning stove. The 2 bedrooms on 1st floor are attractive and restful, with crisp cotton bedding & soft throws.
Lavender has a private garden - a sunny and relaxed area in which to wind down with a glass of something chilled whilst enjoying the stunning views to the main one acre guest garden. Parking for 2 cars is available on-site.
Nestled in beautiful countryside on the very edge of Bodmin Moor yet located just 6 miles from both A38 & A30, Lavender cottage is in an ideal location to easily access the best of everything that Cornwall has to offer.
Eden, Lanhydrock and Heligan are just a short drive away & the rugged cliffs of the South Coast (Looe, Polperro, Mevagissey, Rame Head) plus quaint fishing villages and the sandy beaches of the North Coast (Padstow, Polzeath, Newquay) are all within easy reach.
