Summary: Overall we enjoyed this property in the perfect little village of Avoca. It is large, comfortable and warm and as it rained a fair bit in the evenings the NetFlix came in handy. It is also equipped with everything you’ll need. The shower is also very, very good. We were a little disappointed that it wasn’t cleaner. Superficially, cleaning was fine. Towels, bedding etc lovely and floors nicely swept. However, you could feel that the carpets needed a clean, the oven was greasy and there was a great deal of dirt on the blinds. If these issues were attended to then it would be 5 stars, if they are not then things will only get worse. There is no parking at the property and you need to park on the street. If you are not lucky enough to get one of two spaces opposite the house, you will have to park at the top of the village. This entails a walk up a fairly steep hill.
