Positive: We loved having the whole apartment to ourselves with a separate entrance and it was great they allowed dogs. The bed was comfy and the kitchen was mostly equipped although it had no bin at all. The bathroom door does not close and it is quite a cold apartment and we needed a jumper in August but there was a plug in radiator. It smelt and felt damp and our towels didn't dry out during the day. We were there for 4 nights and didn't get any sort of room service so the towels weren't changed and were permanently damp. The cleaning could have been better and the towel rail was thick with dust and there was something in the toilet when we arrived, not sure if it was cleaning paper or if the toilet hadn't been cleaned at all.
