Positive: incredible location; spectacular hiking right from the front door, well equipped (just bring instant coffee as we didn’t find a coffee maker).

Negative: The steep stairs to the second floor where our kids slept made us a bit anxious; also sound from the wood floors apparently travels between the upstairs and downstairs apartments, so we had to do more monitoring our kids for noise than is ideal on a vacation in the middle of nature. For these reasons, I’d recommend the downstairs apartment for those with small kids rather than the upstairs options. However we still loved our stay! Thanks to the hosts for a lovey vacation!

Summary: Highly recommend; great value, special place, nice host. We’ll have great memories!
