Positive: The house was beautifully presented and well decorated. From the outside it's deceptive, but inside is hugely spacious with very generous room sizes. We stayed as a family of 4, plus grandparents and never felt like we were getting in each other's way. It is well equipped with everything you could need and more - even beach towels! The location is ideal for the beach or a wander into town. We mainly used the house as a base to visit other places in the area, so sadly we didn't get a lot of time to visit Bridlington itself, but we'd definitely come back.

Negative: The dishwasher was not really big enough considering the size of the plates provided and the size of accommodation. Although the showers were great, it seemed difficult to get the kitchen sink to give enough hot water for washing up. The TV in the living room - Freeview didn't seem to work (or was too complicated to work out for my parents) These are all very minor items in the great scheme of things, but I was asked.
