We rent our house, a former farm renovated, located in Noirmoutier-en-l'Ile in the agricultural plain.
Main house: 9 beds distributed as follows: a master bedroom with a shower room / WC and 3 bedrooms, two with twin beds that can double bed, another with 3 beds including 2 bunk, bathroom, kitchen / dining room, lounge, WC, large terrace south, laundry. The kitchen is equipped with a table with two extensions, a fridge-freezer, an induction hob and a programmable oven.
Wing: second living room / game room with board games and comics, 1 large dormitory sleeping 4 bunk beds, 1 shower room / WC and a large garage which houses the ping-pong table. The wing is glued to the house but does not communicate. Possibility of opening in addition a room of 2 beds and a dormitory of 4 beds-not redone- as well as a bathroom / WC. Price in function.

Very large plot with a large yard and a meadow on one side of the house and, on the other side, a south facing terrace and another meadow. Very calm, in the middle of the fields of the famous potatoes.
Close to the bike path, 12 'by bike from the beaches of Luzéronde, Blanche and Vieil, 15' for Bois de la Chaise and tennis, 7 'for the market. We are almost equidistant from the beaches and that's what we like: change the beach depending on the sun or wind or just our desires.
