Our home is a large detached Victorian house built in 1853, in a quiet location backing onto Birkenhead Park, set back from the road with a big off-street parking area.
Available for rent are 2 spacious (5m x 4m) 1st floor bedrooms overlooking the back garden. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, TV, a convertible child-sized single bed and a 2-seater sofa that converts to a small bed suitable for children. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, desk, TV and small convertible sofa, suitable for a child. Both rooms share a private shower room across the hall.

We have 4 cats so our property is not suitable for people with pet allergies. The house is not suitable for children under 3 due to the large gaps in the banisters.
Two XL rooms (5m x 4m) with private bathroom. Room 1: king-size bed, sofa bed (suitable for child), child-size convertible single bed. Room 2: double bed, sofa bed (suitable for child). Both rooms overlook the garden and park and are very quiet.
