Very nice renovated house, large living room 45m ² with kitchen, 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms arranged in 2 units that can be privatized to preserve the independence of each. Terrace, barbecue, garden of 2500m ², calm exceptional. The house is ideal for 2 couples because it is arranged in two independent units, each double room having its bathroom and WC s. Children will appreciate the double room under the roof which has access to the bathroom on the 2nd floor without stairs, as well as the garden with its guinea pigs in freedom. The living room can also accommodate 2 additional people (sofa bed & separate toilet). Each floor has a toilet.
Access for travelers:
All my guests have access to the garden and relaxation areas of the house, with the only condition to respect their calm and cleanliness.

Combourg is a pretty little town of character, known for being the cradle of romanticism. The canal of Ille & Rance is 5 minutes from the house, and will allow you very nice walks very Zen. You will be 25 minutes from St Malo, 40 minutes from Mont St Michel, 20 minutes from Dinan, 25 minutes from Rennes, 5 minutes from the Zoo of La Bourbansais, 25 minutes from the Château de La Ballue. I speak fluent English and Portuguese and will be happy to guide you in the discovery of our pretty corner of Brittany. All you have to do is arrive and ask for your luggage and your worries, because the beds will be made and all the linen provided.
