Summary: Beautiful historic manor house that was tastefully decorated. Excellent value for money comfortable stay. Friendly staff. It's a privilege to have access to this beautiful historic home. Although it was old, it had a fresh interior & was in very good condition. Our bedroom was large, we had a very comfortable bed and lovely spacious ensuite bathroom. Additionally there was a communal kitchen and outdoor area used by guests as well as a large indoor swimming pool in the backyard. There was no breakfast service, but the well-equipped kitchen is available for use by guests. The nearest supermarket is a good 10min walk away. If you're driving, there's easy local parking. There was a bar/cafe in the square next to the house.
