Boules track, 2 terraces (sea and sheltered from the wind), games society, dvd, wifi, kitchen. very well equipped. Each room has a bathroom (shower / sink) individual and adjoining. The living room / kitchen (living room) has 3 panoramic sliding doors / windows, overlooking a terrace and the sea.
In this part of France, the Mistral can be very unpleasant, which is why there is a second terrace, sunny and out of the wind with an electric sunshade. For winter days or cold mid-season, there is a beautiful wood burning fireplace in the living room.
The terrace overlooking the sea also offers direct access to the sea; you go down a few steps and swim in front of the house. For the children it is possible to isolate them by making a dam and making them play in the sea but sheltered and in shallow water. Ideal! For toddlers, there is a swimming pool / pond to put on the terrace and fill with water.
The kitchen is very modern and over-equipped, electric juicer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, spacious fridge and freezer etc ...
