A rustic yet modern, well equipped apartment for up to 5 guests on the ground floor of an old corn store building. Lovingly converted in 2016. The accommodation includes a private entrance with parking for 2 cars, a secure garden with cute entertaining space and direct access to Pingle Cluck where you can collect your own eggs! The farm sits in an enviable location surrounded by fields yet within walking distance to the shops, restaurants and bars. We are happy to accommodate up to 2 well behaved dogs.

The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave. There is also a separate drying room with a washing machine. The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.
This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 5. In the first bedroom, you will find a king bed. The second bedroom contains a triple bunk bed with one double bed on the bottom and a single bed on top.
There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a bath with a shower over it.
Linen, towels, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
A baby high chair lives in the drying room along with a XXL dog crate and dog bed. A cot/play pen is also available upon request only.
The accommodation is situated on the periphery of Pingle Nook Farm, which is a 45 acre farm in Denby Dale made up of grassland and woodland. On one side of the apartment you look out directly into the farm yard and on the other side you can see rolling hills and sometimes horses grazing. The apartment is accessible from Stubbin Lane (a very quiet track) which directly links you to several public footpaths. Great for walking.
We are conveniently situated so you can leave your car at the farm and enjoy what the local area has to offer on foot. We are approx 12 mins on foot from the centre of Denby Dale and 15 mins on foot from the nearest dog friendly pub/restaurant. Denby Dale train station is 20 mins on foot.
The hosts live next door to the apartment so it is highly likely that they would be available in person, but this cannot be guaranteed.
