From the living room you have access to a night area with a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, which may be transformed into double bedroom if necessary. The two bedrooms are served by a bathroom with shower and double wash basin, and by a toilet with bidet and washbasin which can be used separately. In the living-room there is a mezzanine with a double futon bed for two extra guests, only if they are aged over 12. Each room in the house enjoys a magnificent view of the sea. The third bedroom with private bathroom is in an independent building. External spaces are very big and articulated on different levels and various furnished terraces and equipped with external kitchen with wood-fired oven, and barbecue next to a second dining area under a pergola covered with wysteria. There is also an external shower, a laundry room and a parking space under a bougainville shed. The house is plunged in a large mediterranean garden and enjoys a spectacular vue of the sea from anywhere. It is a place for lovers of peace and nature. Villa Bianca is located 7 minutes walk from the sea and equally 7 minutes walk from the center of the nice village of Malfa, therefore ideally located since in 10 minutes drive you can reach Pollara, Leni, Rinella or Santa Marina and Lingua.
