The house is located on the mezzanine floor and is very spacious, equipped with: 3 bedrooms (a double bedroom with king size bed and additional bunk bed, a double bedroom with an additional bunk bed and a third double bedroom with additional bunk bed) with ceiling fan in each room; Kitchen; bath; to crown the house there is a spacious living room from which it is possible to access a large terrace (also accessible from the kitchen).
The Villa is accessed through an electric door and cars can be parked both outside in the designated parking spaces on the street and in the internal courtyard and garden at the back of the Villa.
All rooms are equipped with mosquito nets and shutters and blackout curtains.
Guests will be provided with sheets, blankets, towels, additional pillows, soap, shampoo.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, microwave oven, fridge with frost-free freezer, kettle and capsule coffee maker and a television. From the kitchen it is possible to access the large terrace which overlooks the entrance garden. The terrace can also be accessed from the large living room equipped with a very spacious sofa for relaxing and watching television with your family and a large 8-person dining table.
At the back of the Villa there is the garden and an outdoor table to enjoy the night stars or to have a drink with your friends. The large garden can also be used as a car park.
