Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Location is absolutely brilliant. To simply open the curtains in the bedrooms or living area you are greeted with wonderful views of the old mill and little stream. You can also easily see the town of Hawes. I also went for an early morning walk along the trail that runs alongside the stream and then into the back of the old church before getting into the main street of Hawes and this was so nice. It's also just down from the wonderful Wensleydale Creamery so overall it's a great location. The property is also very well fitted out, quite spacious and comfy. It even had a washing machine which we were glad to use.

Negative: When we arrived it was dark and a bit damp. We struggled for a bit to find it and when we did it was difficult to enter the key box code in the dark. Recommend to anyone getting there when dark to bring a torch.

Summary: Great place - would happily stay there again.
